On September 30, AAGs Ratified the 20230-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement by a Vote of 98% in Favor

This collective bargaining agreement -- which includes general wages increases, adds a new retention premium, and maintains our predictable annual steps (and adds one!) -- provides most AAGs with increases that meet or exceed inflation. In addition, there are important non-economic benefits such as a change to the exchange time policy.
This agreement represents a continuation of the progress that began with our first collective bargaining agreement three years ago. Our first contract focused on bringing equity, transparency, and predictability to AAG pay. It was designed to raise the salaries of those AAGs who were the farthest behind our public sector peers. At the time, it represented the single largest increase in AAG salaries ever. The value of this new agreement vastly exceeds the original.
